Welcome to Carers' Pathways'

Supporting Carers in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Memory & Alzheimers Cafes

'Carers' Pathways', a "not for profit" organisation Supporting Carers in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Memory, Dementia & Alzheimer's Cafes. It was set up to help and inform, not only those who were diagnosed with an illness that might lead to dementia, but also their carers. Co-Founders David Light and Jim Delves, in their roles as carers, found that information, guidance and help was available, but not easy to find. David and Jim decided to remedy this situation...

CD & Song book set

Carers
To recognise the benefits that music brings, a CD and Song Book set has been developed with the collaboration of a professional musician. This has added another dimension to what Carers Pathways offer and enables cost effective, informal, 'Sing-a-Long' sessions to be held.
